The Defendants, knowingly and intentionally did combine, conspire and agree together and have tacit understanding with each other and others, to knowingly, intentionally, and unlawfully possess with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, both Schedule II controlled substances, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(A); All in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Section 846.

Count 2 - Possession With Intent To Distribute

On or about November 22, 2005, in the District of South Carolina, the Defendant, Anthony Cheatwood, a/k/a "Andy Cheatwood", knowingly and intentionally did possess with intent to distribute 5 grams or more of methamphetamine and 50 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, Schedule II controlled substances; in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(B).
