Deputies arrest second suspect in shooting

Deputies have arrested Kelvin Lamar Dawkins in the shooting
death of Furman Scott Armstrong. Warrants have been served charging Dawkins
with Murder, Armed Robbery, and 1st Degree Burglary in this case.
The investigation is still ongoing and additional charges against additional suspects are expected.
