Marijuana seized during undercover operation

On Saturday, March 5, 2005 the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office seized 130 pounds of marijuana during an undercover operation on Coggins Blvd. in Gaffney. 

The following persons were arrested and charged with Trafficking Marijuana more than 100 pounds:

Felipe Garcia, 22 years old, of Houston, TX
Demetrio Olivares, 35 years old, of South Houston, TX
Ramon Malonado, 57 years old, of Clinton, NC

The following persons were arrested and charged with Conspiracy to Traffic Marijuana more than 100 pounds:

Francisco Centeno, 20 years old, of Waucula, FL
Daniel Espinoza, 20 years old, of Bowling Green, FL
