Second suspect arrested in kidnapping

As a follow up to the previous news release, Randolph Waterson has been arrested in Cleveland County, NC and has waived extradition. He will be brought back to South Carolina on March 10, 2006.

Waterson's former girlfriend, Kelli Camp, the victim in this incident, was with him at the time of his arrest.
