Five arrested for drug charges in two separate incidents

Metro Narcotics Officers arrested two people after a traffic stop near the Pilot Travel Center, located on Hyatt Street, in Gaffney.

Arrested were:

Samuel Cruz, age 23 108 Deyoung Street Duncan, SC
Calvin Juan Rios, age 45 105 Wright Lane Greenville, SC

Both are charged with Trafficking Cocaine More Than 400 grams and Possession of a Firearm During a Violent Crime after Agents found more than 500 grams fo Cocaine in their vehicle. Both are in the Cherokee County Detention Center awaiting bond.

In a separate incident, three people were arrested after a traffic stop at the Burger King on Hyatt Street in Gaffney where Metro Agents found approximately 20 pounds of marijuana in their vehicle.

Arrested were:

Dominique Dante Lesley, age 21 102 Nalley Drive Anderson, SC
Danesha Patrice Blackwell, age 22 104 Boxwood Lane Anderson, SC

All three are being held in the Detention Center awaiting bond.
